'From the moment I met Jasmine in 2017, I knew she was someone that could help me achieve new goals and assist me in areas that needed to be worked on. Jasmine brings great energy, passion and motivation to all of her classes. She is great at modifying her workouts to meet the needs of all fitness levels, thus ensuring that ALL can participate no matter what your prior experience with fitness is. She also has an aptitude for modifying workouts for individuals based on prior or current injuries.
Jasmine is very caring and attentive to what each client needs, what their limits are, and how far she can push them. She encourages and motivates me to do better, and yet she knows how much I am capable of. She loves to celebrate the victories her clients achieve, whether in physical health or in life. I greatly appreciate all that Jasmine has done for me and I am so thankful for all the time and effort she has put in to assisting me in achieving my goals'
'Over the past 5 years I have partaken in group classes taught by Jasmine, as well as personal training sessions. When I take her classes or train with her, working out with her has been the highlight of my week. Jasmine is enthusiastic, motivating, funny, kind, and of course, very knowledgeable about all things fitness and wellness.
In both classes or personal training, Jasmine has been completely in tune with my goals, and pushes me to meet them no matter how many times I change them or want to quit. She is also very creative in progressing our sessions, by making them fun and challenging at the same time.
